Mood Walks is a province-wide initiative that promotes physical activity in nature, or “green exercise,” as a way to improve both physical and mental health. CMHA Middlesex is hosting Mood Walks at Westminster Ponds throughout the fall on Tuesdays from 11 am-12 pm, on the following dates:
- September 12th
- September 26th
- October 10th
- October 24th
- October 31st

Time and Meeting Place
The Mood Walks take place at Westminster Ponds at 11am-12pm. If driving, meet at the Ponds at the end of Western Counties Road. Free parking is available. If taking the bus, meet at the Parkwood Mental Health Building entrance at 10:40am and the group will walk up together.
What to Bring
Please wear good shoes for walking and make sure to dress for the weather (dressing in layers, bring a raincoat if needed). Bring a water bottle and snacks. Other useful items include sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, and a hat.
