Conservation Technician

Location: London, Ontario office with travel to field sites up to 1 hour from London

Term: Full-time, 1 year contract

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, typically worked between Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend work as needed

Compensation: $22.00/hr

Start Date: August 17th, 2026 (Negotiable)

 

Assist TTLT’s stewardship team in forest management activities to enhance ecological integrity and be part of implementing nature-based solutions on more than 2,600 acres of land within TTLT’s focal area in Southwestern Ontario. This position involves work in both an office environment and outside in nature. Candidates must be comfortable working off trail and in any weather conditions.

Engagement Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, office in London, Ontario

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, typically worked between Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend work as needed

Compensation: Annual Salary of $49,000 to $52,000 with benefits

Start date: August 17th, 2026 (negotiable)

 

The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with community members through participating in community events and providing engaging and meaningful stewardship and outreach events/opportunities. TTLT has around 200 active volunteers annually and several community partners. The Engagement Coordinator manages all aspects of TTLT’s volunteer program (recruitment, onboarding, retention, communications, training, event facilitation and coordination etc.) as well as other volunteer-led projects like the Passport to Nature program. This position is also responsible for strengthening community connections by organizing TTLT’s participation in partner events/opportunities and providing experiences for other partners.

Administrative Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, office in London, Ontario

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, typically worked between Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend work as needed

Compensation: Annual salary of $49,000 to $52,000 with benefits

Start date: Flexible start between late August to early September

 

The Administrative Coordinator keeps TTLT's office running smoothly and supports the organization's financial administration and donor database. This role manages general office administration, maintains accurate records in TTLT's CRM and financial systems, and provides bookkeeping support in partnership with TTLT's bookkeeper. The Administrative Coordinator also provides light HR administrative support, including tracking vacation and leave records and helping coordinate hiring processes.
