Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the wellbeing of both people and the environment!

This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.

Join us for this FREE visit to Newport Forest! Newport Forest lies along the Thames River near Wardsville, ON. The trail is medium difficulty with a few hills, and approximately 2km in length so we can take a gentle pace. Look forward to seeing the spring woodland flowers including bluebells. If time permits we will also learn about and pull invasive Garlic Mustard plants.
