Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the wellbeing of both people and the environment!
This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.
We kicked off the season with walks in Springbank Park on Tuesdays during the month of April. For the month of May, walks will continue on Tuesdays but we will be exploring the Meadowlily Trail and bus trips to the TTLT protected habitats of Newport Forest and the Bebensee Tract.
Date: May 1, 2018
Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Meeting Place: 1510 Commissioner Road, E. (Meet north side of the parking lot at City Wide Sports)
