Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the wellbeing of both people and the environment!

This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.

We kicked off the season with walks in Springbank Park on Tuesdays during the month of April. For the month of June, walks continue on Tuesdays exploring Downtown London, with bus trips to the TTLT protected habitat of Hawk Cliff Woods and to the Pinery Provincial Park in Grand Bend.

Date: June 19, 2018

Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Meeting Place: 421 Ridout St. N (In front of Rhino at Museum London)
