Nature for Nurture - BUS TRIP to Bebensee Tract

Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the wellbeing of both people and the environment!

This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.

Join us for this FREE Bus Trip to the Bebensee Tract where you will take part in a species-at-risk monitoring activity and assist with the pulling of Garlic Mustard, an invasive species.

Meeting Place: 387 Wellington Road (Meet at the plaza on the corner of Wellington & Comissioners – beside East Side Marios.)

 

About Nature for Nurture

Nature for Nurture is hosted by Thames Talbot Land Trust and Canadian Mental Health Association - Middlesex. The program includes Mood Walks in London's natural spaces and bus trips to TTLT's nature properties. Participants enjoy the wellness benefits of exercising in nature, while also helping the environment through hands on stewardship activities.
