This training is for anyone who wants to learn or get a refresher on how to set-up and run an outreach booth. We’ll cover all of the following:

• Booth set-up, giving you time to practice creating our display with and without merchandise.
• How to use our payment processing systems (Square and TipTap Pay).
• Frequently asked questions and how to answer them.
• Contents of an outreach event bin.

At this training you’ll have lots of opportunities for hands-on experience. We will run a mock event, giving everyone time to practice setting-up, making fake transactions, and practice answering FAQs.
