As our Graphic Design Liaison, you will play a key role in ensuring our visual materials are collected and shared. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communication: Correspond with our graphic designer throughout the booklet development process to bring our vision to life.
• File Management: Provide the designer with all necessary files and information to create stunning graphics.
• Tracking: Retrieve and manage sponsor ads and logos, ensuring accurate representation and promotion of our partners.
• Time Commitment: October – January, approx. 6 hours per month; February – March, approx. 3 hours per month
