Join us for a native plant packed day at Hawk Cliff Woods!
From 10am -12pm we will be gardening to get the raised wildflower beds ready for fall. From 12:30pm to 2:30pm we will be collecting seeds from a range of native wildflowers and grasses, which will be used in a variety of projects, from restoration to community wildflower gardens. You can even take some seeds home for your own gardens!
Come for one activity or stay for the full day (remember your lunch if you do!)
We'll provide training in seed head ID during the event, so no prior knowledge, experience, or equipment is needed to join in on the native plant fun!
Registration is required, please, RSVP below.
Please note: this event is weather dependent. In the case of any changes or cancellation, we will send out an email to everyone who is registered the day before the event.
