The Hawk Cliff Woods Migration Weekend is coming up and with it a bunch of volunteer opportunities to support the event! The event is on Saturday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 24th with morning and afternoon volunteer shifts available. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to support a well-loved community event AND to see raptors (and potentially Monarchs) up close and personal!
We're looking for:
Event Greeters - to welcome people into the event, let them know the schedule for the day, and track how many people attend the event
Event Setup Assistants - to help put everything up on Saturday (canopies, tables, signs, etc.)
Parking Attendants - to help direct people where to park and how to park efficiently
Booth Ambassadors - to chat with people about TTLT and sell some TTLT merchandise
Photographers/Videographers - to help capture the memories and moments of the event
Event Takedown Assistants - to assist in packing everything up on Sunday (canopies, tables, signs, outreach materials, etc.)
Transportation Specialists - to move items to and from the event and store items overnight or until the following week
Information on shifts and expectations for each role are available in the signup link.
You can sign up here for one or more volunteer opportunities. For more information, please contact Riley, TTLT's Volunteer Coordinator (contact info below).
