Join Leigh Shand, Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, and nature lover, for a 60-minute seasonal yoga practice at Meadowlily Nature Preserve in southeast London. Please bring your own mat, comfortable exercise clothing, and a reusable water bottle. No experience required. Namaste.
