Passport to Nature: Yoga in Nature

Yoga has many benefits to the mind, body and soul. The same is true for our environment. So why not combine the two? Join Leigh Shand, Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Lifestyle Consultant, Holistic Practitioner and nature lover for a 60-minute yoga practice at either 10am OR 11:30am. Please bring your own mat, comfortable exercise clothing, and a reusable water bottle. No experience required. Namaste.
