Passport to Nature: Yoga in Nature

Nature and yoga have many benefits for the mind, body, and soul, so it makes perfect sense to combine the two! Join Leigh Shand, Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, and nature lover, for a 60-minute seasonal yoga practice at Meadowlily Nature Preserve in southeast London. Please bring your own mat, comfortable exercise clothing, and a reusable water bottle. No experience required. Namaste.
