Meadow Seed Collecting at Wardsville Woods
Registration Required

Join us at Wardsville Woods to collect seeds in the meadow. Located within the Skunks Misery Natural Area, Wardsville Woods is a beautiful nature reserve that is home to one of TTLT’s community wildflower gardens. We’ll be collecting seeds from a range of native wildflowers and grasses to use in restoration projects, to plant at our community wildflower gardens, and to make seed packets to give away at community events. All are welcome as we'll provide training in seed head identification during the event. No knowledge, experience, or equipment is needed to join in on the native seed collecting fun! Feel free to take seeds home to use in your own garden or restoration project.

Registration is required and spaces are limited. Event may be subject to change or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances. Directions and additional information will be provided at time of registration.
