You're invited to the 2018 Hawk Cliff Weekends!
This annual event has been hosted for over 40 years by the St Thomas Field Naturalists Club (STFNC), Hawk Cliff Raptor Banders, and volunteers of Monarch Watch. Thames Talbot Land Trust is pleased to be a partner on this event again this year.
The Hawk Cliff Weekends is a free outdoor event taking place on September 15th, 16th and 22nd and 23rd from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm (last presentations start at 2pm).
Activities Include:
- Hawk Talks and Monarch Butterfly Talks - learn about migrating raptors and Monarch butterflies with the opportunity to see the birds and butterflies up close!
- Remarkable Reptiles - a special presentation on Ontario's native snakes by Sciensational Snakes! with the opportunity to see and hold the snakes.
- Guided hikes in the restored field
