Jordan Banninga, President
Manager, Program Planning and Evaluation, Middlesex-London Health Unit
Jordan is an experienced public servant with a history of working in Public Health. He is skilled in Program Evaluation, Public Speaking, Health Promotion, Strategic Planning, and People, Program and Project Management. Jordan has a Master of Science in Public Health from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London. He is looking forward to joining the TTLT board.
Stephen Jarrett, Vice President
Retired Lawyer
Stephen spent the last 16 years of his career as in-house legal counsel at Western University, overseeing a myriad of legal issues ranging from governance to student discipline to corporate finance. He is a former board member of the Canadian University Insurance Exchange and currently sits on the board of LARGnet, a not for profit providing internet bandwidth to municipal, educational and health care institutions in the London Region. He enjoys hiking, biking, cross country skiing and canoeing. He is a member of Nature London and an enthusiastic participant in the Swift Monitoring Program.
Amy Walby, Treasurer
Senior Vice President, Finance, YMCA of Southwestern Ontario
Amy is a CPA, CA and Chartered Business Valuator and holds a BA and Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. She spent the first 15 years of her career with KPMG LLP, working mainly in Transaction Advisory Services for private and broader public sector clients. For the past 12 years, Amy has worked in the charitable sector: leading the finance and administrative functions of Brescia University College (an affiliate of Western University), and as of 2019, overseeing finance for the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, one of Canada’s largest Y’s, building healthy communities all over the region. A lifelong learner and volunteer, Amy has served as a board member for a number of charitable organizations since moving to the London area in 2001. Amy most enjoys spending time and being active in nature with her family and two dogs, particularly in the woods close to home.
Geoff Vogt, Past President
Superintendent of Facilities, Capital and Planning with the Thames Valley District School Board
Prior to starting with TVDSB Geoff has been a senior leader with the YMCA working in communities from Guelph to Windsor and locally has led numerous projects for the Y including the Stoney Creek YMCA, Bostwick YMCA, Wortley Village YMCA and the rebuild of Camp Queen Elizabeth. He is passionate about community and community building, and has been involved with many local charities and not for profits since arriving in London in 2005. Geoff is also passionate about the environment and is a regular participant with the Antler River clean up group. Geoff is active and often seen on the trails around London skiing, running or cycling.

Paul Noon
Director, Human Resources, Advanced Drainage Systems ('ADS')
Paul is a Human Resource professional with 15 years experience leading and developing strong cultures and systems within organizations. He is a graduate of Fanshaw College and has grown up in the London area, attending high school and post secondary locally. He currently sits on the Board of WILL Employment Solutions, is past member of the Meals on Wheels Board, participates in various mentorship programs, sits on the Program Advisory Committee at Fanshaw College and coached youth soccer for 10+ years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, traveling to new places and the outdoors, including kayaking and backcountry canoe tripping.

Jonathan Holmes
Industrial Designer, Marketing Director, Health & Environment Advocate
Jon is an Industrial Designer with a strong background in design & marketing, currently serving as Director of Marketing for a social enterprise focused on advancing medical equity in under-resourced regions. Jonathan spent several years in design and marketing roles while raising his family in Dufferin County on the Niagara Escarpment. There, he co-founded a grassroots initiative dedicated to habitat protection and served as a volunteer with the Bruce Trail Conservancy, eventually taking on a leadership role as Trail Captain. Jon transitioned away from the corporate sector to focus on service-driven work. In addition to his professional role, he is a dedicated volunteer and advocate for rare disease awareness and healthcare access, holding positions on several national health-related boards and committees. Jonathan remains deeply committed to greenspace conservation and continues to enjoy hiking, music, woodworking, and exploring Canada's wild landscapes.
Carl Cadogan
Senior Regional Manager, Southwestern Ontario, Kidney Foundation of Canada
Carl Cadogan has a long history of community involvement and volunteering; he has served on numerous boards, committees, and task forces, including the Premier’s Council on the Voluntary Sector, and the Provincial Work Group on Gaming (that redesigned the Ontario Trillium Foundation). He is currently on a number of local, national and international boards including Urban Roots London and the London Black Heritage Council. Carl has held senior and executive roles in the not-for-profit sector and is currently the Senior Regional Manager, Southwestern Ontario for the Kidney Foundation of Canada. He lives in London with his wife Cynthia and in his spare time, loves to travel, and has been to every province and one territory and to thirty US states, and sixteen African countries. He is an avid cyclist, reader, and kite flyer.

Taylor Jones
Supervisor, Construction Project Management, Enbridge Gas
Taylor is a professional engineer and has worked at Enbridge Gas since 2007 in a variety of engineering, operations, and construction roles in London, Toronto, and Chatham. Taylor also holds a BSc degree in biology from Western and loves to indulge his love of nature and wild spaces whenever possible including past volunteer experience songbird banding with Birds Canada, event planning on the Sydenham field naturalists executive committee, and supporting tree planting events at ReForest London. He enjoys gardening with native plants, as well as backpacking, canoeing, and exploring green spaces with his wife and two young children.

Geof Kime
Entrepreneur – KimeView Innovations
Geof has been a professional engineer for over 30 years with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University. He grew up on a farm near Ilderton Ontario where he participated in 4H. Geof has pursued a variety of entrepreneurial endeavours including developing hemp, flax and other biomass materials for applications in automotive, agricultural and sustainable fashion products. He spent his early career with Big O Inc. designing patented equipment for making plastic drainage pipe. Geof has participated as a board member and advisor on numerous bio-materials industry organizations, as a hockey coach/trainer for his two sons and as a Trustee for the London Waldorf School. Geof is a passionate gardener, enjoys spending time outdoors and loves listening to and playing music.
Alan Dale
Farmer
Alan Dale is a farmer and conservationist living on the family homestead in Curries, Oxford County. He is a graduate of Carleton University with a degree in Political Science. Alan served 16 years on municipal council and was a member of numerous committees during that time. He is a former member and Chair of both the Grand River Conservation Authority and the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority. He was also a former Vice-Chair of Conservation Ontario. He is currently a member of the Lake Erie Region Source Protection Committee. Alan continues to farm a little in addition to his employment at Bright Cheese and Butter.
Kathleen Buck
Species at Risk Specialist, Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks
Kathleen is a Species at Risk Specialist with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, where she develops approvals under the Endangered Species Act to protect species at risk and their habitats. She formerly worked as a biologist with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry and as a fisheries biologist with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Kathleen also holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. She grew up on a dairy farm in Oxford County and now lives in London with her husband and her newborn son. In her spare time, Kathleen can be found hiking or canoeing, cozying up with a good book or playing board games, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Arlyn Martin
Retired Coordinator, Healthcare Materials Management; Current Educator, researcher, and archaeology enthusiast
Arlyn has a degree in Anthropology and Archaeology and is currently working on a post degree in Environment and Health at Western University. She worked for 36 years as a leader in the Healthcare Materials Management department at St. Joseph’s Health Care London. Her experience includes procurement and supply chain management, as well as leader, coordinator, and educator in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Communications, Team Building and Mentorship. Since retiring in 2018 she has pursued her passion in Anthropology and Archaeology and has completed field studies and excavations here in Ontario, and overseas in Madagascar, Cyprus, and Scotland. Protecting, conserving, and restoring nature to contribute to a stable climate, human preservation and wellbeing, and healthy habits for all species has been her lifelong passion, and is the foundation of her lifelong learning, and every initiative that she takes part in.
Bruce Farnell
Planning Specialist - BMO Private Wealth
Bruce Farnell is an Estate Planning Specialist at BMO Private Wealth in London, where he provides estate planning advisory services to high-net-worth clients. He lives in Aylmer with his wife, Sharon, who recently retired from a career as an administrator at Western. Their children, Ingrid and Derek, are both working toward accreditation as professionals. Prior to his current position, Bruce practiced law in Elgin County, providing legal services that included real estate conveyancing, family law, business law, wills, and estates. He is a Commissioner of Oaths and a Notary Public. In his leisure time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, cycling, woodworking, carpentry, and reading.
