Thames Talbot Land Trust works on land within the territories of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabeg, Lenaapeewak, Attawandaron, and Wendat peoples. These lands and waters have been cared for and remain under the care of Indigenous Peoples from time immemorial. We are committed to working in the spirit and practice of reconciliation while caring for nature with respect and collaboration to build a greener and more inclusive future for all people.

Our Vision

A network of permanently protected areas that are rich in biodiversity, sustain life and nourish a sense of wonder and inspiration for all people.

Our Mission

To protect, conserve, and restore nature within Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford and Perth counties, contributing to a stable climate, human wellbeing, and healthy habitats for all species.

Our Values

Integrity | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion | Passion & Commitment | Intention | Accountability & Transparency

"A land trust is really a promise made to future generations."
